A FREE practical event With Richard Pearce (Forestry Commission); Georgina Wallis (Catchment Sensitive Farming) and David Prichard (Natural England)

to discuss what is available for woodland management and creation in the Countryside Stewardship scheme and the Woodland Trusts MOREwoods scheme including:


·        Land management to aid water quality and flood prevention

·        Woodland creation and agri environment options

·        Catchment Sensitive Farming options


The meeting will commence indoors, followed by a visit to a recently planted woodland which meets the water guidelines for Countryside Stewardship.

Food and refreshments to be provided. Please inform us before the event of any dietary requirements.
