Caroline Arnold

Business Manager

Starting her career in retail Caroline worked in a well-known high street department store group across the South East and South West before moving to Northamptonshire. Having settled in Northamptonshire she had the enviable opportunity of bringing up a family while working term-time allowing her to use a different skill set in the financial sector. Caroline joined RNRP in July 2008 in the relatively early stages of the Company and is now the longest serving member of the team. When the business moved to Kettering in June 2015 she took over the role of Business Manager. A keen sports enthusiast and supporter her one and only claim to fame is that she completed the London Marathon in the very hot year of 1996.
